1:1 Coaching (Nutrition & Training)

As a nutrition coach and a fitness trainer I will guide you in both aspects. The workout plan will be tailored to your needs, your physical abilities and the environment you work out in (gym or home). The nutrition plan will be based on your preferences and a balanced, no-restriction approach.

1:1 Training Program

As a fitness trainer, I will create the best possible workout plan for you taking into account your medical history, previous injuries, routine/ occupation, your preferences in training and the environment your work out in (home or gym). I will make sure that this program is fun for you and enjoyable so that the progress will be long-term and sustainable.

1:1 Nutrition Program

As a nutrition coach, I will help you to optimise your eating habits, lifestyle choices and find your balance to ensure the best results and improve your well-being. You will learn how to choose foods and build a nutrition plan according to your goals on your own, so that you could sustain this kind of a lifestyle forever.
